Children's Party Rules

  1. A complete list of all attending guests must be provided to the person at the front desk prior to the tie the party begins.

  2. If you plan to use the Sun deck you must indicate that to the front desk person.  You MAY NOT use the sun deck on days of JV swim meets or diving meets or special pool events.

  3. Party guests are allowed the use of 1/2 of the sun deck.

  4. There will be an absolute limit of 25 non-member guests allowed to attend any one party.  This figure includes non-member adults.

  5. The fee for children attending the party is $3.50 per guest.  Adults must pay the regular swimmer or non-swimmer guest fee.

  6. All parties must be scheduled at least three days in advance of the event.

  7. Parties MAY NOT be scheduled on WEEKENDS, HOLIDAYS or BUDDY DAYS, unless approved by the Board of Directors.

  8. The party must not exceed four hours in length.

  9. All parties must be cleaned up and cleared off the sun deck no later than one half hour before the pool closes.

  10. Party hosts will be responsible for cleaning up the party area (deck or volleyball court area) after the party. This includes the removal of all decorations and trash.

  11. If the pool is closed due to inclement weather, the party is canceled .  Party may be rescheduled or the money refunded
